Greg is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager with hands-on experience managing association operations, board relationships, resident communication, vendors, financial processes and community improvement projects.
Before community association management, Greg built a long career in sales, marketing and general management with a leading homebuilder. He also served as a real estate team leader and remains a licensed Florida real estate professional. That background brings practical experience in budgeting, negotiations, customer service, property matters and accountable leadership.
At RCAM, Greg intentionally maintains a limited portfolio. That allows him to know each community, remain accessible to its board and follow matters through to completion.
